This website and its content are owned and operated by Sangath, a registered society (Registration number 138/Goa/96), under the Societies Registration Act of India, 1860, having its registered office at H. Everything we do, we do to ensure that young people experiencing a mental health problem are able to access good quality information, support and to reduce stigma around mental health in India. We want to make sure you receive the communications that are most relevant to you, be it through visiting our website or receiving emails. We collect information from you in the following ways:

Unless you do so willingly, we do not attempt to collect any information that may personally identify you. When you visit our website, we gather general information which might include which pages you visit most often and forms which you may or may not have filled. We may also track which pages you visit when you click on links in emails from us. We also use “cookies” to help our site run effectively. There are more details below – see ‘Cookies’.

We may collect personal information from you when you interact with us directly through website surveys, email communication , enquiries or over other forms of social media. This collection may be required to allow you to receive information from us, or to register as a contributor and become involved in our story creation process. The personal information we collect may include your name, address, age or date of birth, phone number and email address. The extent of information you wish to share with us is completely at your discretion.

Information about Children and Young People
Our website only accepts Story Submissions from people 18 years of age and above. If we receive submissions from people below 18 years of age, we will not publish their submission on POD Adventures.

We will in no way be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however caused (and whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic) which may be directly or indirectly suffered in connection with use of this Website or websites which are linked from this Website (“Third Party Websites”). Any action you take upon the information you find on this website, is strictly at your own risk.

The helpline number is listed for referral purposes only, and POD Adventures does not make any recommendations or guarantees regarding the quality of response and advice you might receive from the helpline.
